How does Bluebubble work?

Bluebubble  software gives your personal trainers the ability to provide your members full acsess to thier profiles, including contacting them direct, and allowing the trainer to provide full session online programs direct to your members.

Can we have our image, logo and/ or brand on the site?

Yes. Each site is fully individual and can be customised easily by your club, increasing your marketing potential to your members and their friends.

How much control does Bluebubble have over the club’s and trainer’s sites?

Bluebubble retains the rights to shut down offensive material displayed in any of the individual sites. However all other material is strictly the right of the owner of the site and as such will not be interfered with by us.

Is there a set amount of programs and or clients that Bluebubble can handle?

There is no limit on the amount of trainers, members or exercise programs hosted on the site.

Can a club have control of individual trainer’s sites?

Yes. If a club has the contract with Bluebubble then the club will have full access to the individual sites.

How does a member get their program online?

A member simply joins up and logs in. They are then provided with all the information about contacting a trainer including their individual usernames and passwords.

Can a member choose more than one trainer without committing?

Yes. A member can choose and contact as many trainers as they wish without committing to them.

Does a member have to meet a trainer first?

No. Bluebubble is completely interactive you can view and contact a trainer and be completely anonymous.

Is Bluebubble free to members?

 

No. They may enquire as many times as they wish without committing themselves.

Are the members details kept private?

Yes. All the details from the member are kept private and will not be used for any marketing or promotional material by Bluebubble.
